Jen + Cait

This lovely wedding took place at Cornerstone Gardens right outside of beautiful Sonoma, California. It’s truly a unique spot and you should stop by to marvel at the many art installations if you ever get  a chance. On this day, however, we were truly marveled by the love and friendship we saw between Jen and Cait and their families. This was a really wonderful wedding to be a part of. Jen and Cait really brought it when it comes to wedding planning too. Cait especially was the epitomy of the DIY bride. You don’t even want to now how many bottles of wine they consumed to make the handmade cork borders to their chalkboard signage. And the centerpieces? All hand assembled by Cait. And don’t even get me started on her dress. This girl had the vintage wedding dress find of the year. She said she saw it at a store in San Francisco’s Mission district while she was casually walking by and was just happy to not have to go to a bridal boutique. Amen and kudos.

john+louise - Thanks Joop we really like your work as well especially your black and whites. It’s so great to see you use your photography for a good cause. One of these days I’d love to pick your brain on how I can go about shooting more humanitarian type stuff.

Talk soon.
